CryoIQ Global, a company specializing in the manufacturing, development, and production of equipment for cryosurgery. Our customers are located all over the world. Cryosurgery involves removing various types of skin changes through freezing.

SKAFTE Medlab, a company engaged in the sale and distribution of laboratory equipment for research and laboratories. Our customers include industry, pharmaceutical industry, hospitals, and universities.

Our office is located in Onsala, where we conduct all operations in our own property. The office is a couple of hundred meters from the sea, providing a relaxing lunch environment in the summer.

Who are we looking for?

• To fit this role, we believe you:
• Are a well-structured person who ensures that details are accurate.
• Are someone who can set your own deadlines and always delivers based on these.
• Have the drive to take on increased responsibility as our operations grow.
• Have experience with the Pyramid business system, or are interested in learning new business systems.
• Have experience working with payroll management.
• Have a university or college degree in finance and accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Have at least 3 years of work experience in finance, accounting, and payroll management.
• In addition to speaking fluent Swedish, also have basic knowledge of English as many of our customers are located around the world.

Job description

As the finance and accounting manager, you will primarily work with the following tasks:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and customer invoicing.
• Ongoing tax declarations to the Tax Agency.
• Ongoing reconciliations and monthly reporting of income statements and balance sheets.
• Supplier payments.
• Customer accounts and invoicing.
• Payroll administration and salary payments.
• Periodic summaries.
• Prepare annual financial statements and reports once a calendar year.
